At Vee Quiva, Chingon seats about 140 in a 5,120-square foot area. The décor reflects elements of traditional Mexican and Chicano heritage featuring Dia de Los Muertos skulls and lucha libre masks. The urban-inspired vibe is reinforced with red brick, dark woods, hand-painted graffiti murals and other pieces of Chicano art handpicked by Lopez.

The Chingon Kitchen menu encompasses elote, taquitos, hand-made guacamole and churros made-to-order. A number of Gila River hotels and casinos in Arizona have been forced to temporarily close their doors again after being open for just over a month. The measures are the result of a recent spike in COVID-19 cases in the state and the death of a security guard who was employed by the company.

All three properties under the ownership of the Gila River Indian Community will now close for another two weeks as a precautionary measure. The locations include Lone Butte, Wild Horse Pass, and Vee Quiva.
